Sue’s career history includes senior management roles within Vertex Data Science as Organisation & Management Development Director, Norweb as Organisation Development Manager and prior to that with both Bass and ICL in a variety of Change and Talent Management roles. She has worked as a coach in the USA, Europe and Asia in both the public and private sector. For the last 10 years she has worked as a consultant, specialising in Organisation Development, Talent Management, HR Development and Executive Coaching. She has wide experience of designing and facilitating major organisation change programmes. In summary her expertise covers:

  • Focused development initiatives – design, integration and exploitation

Recent assignments have included:

  • Diagnostic work using repertory grid and in depth interviews to design and implement a competency model and a comprehensive talent management process (Major US Pharmaceutical)
  • 360 degree assessment, full psychometric profiling and 1:1 Coaching for an  Executive team (Division of a major UK Airport)
  • The provision of Executive Coaching to a cohort of high potential middle/senior managers undertaking an in house management development programme (Leading European Telecommunication company) 
  • The design and execution of a High Potentials Development programme to accelerate the development of the top 150 “High Potential” VP’s. The assignment included intensive 1:1 Coaching and follow up on-line support. (Global Bank)
  • Numerous OD assignments using psychometrics to enhance self-awareness and accelerate development.

Sue is a business graduate with IPD qualifications; she is also fully qualified in use of psychometric tools for assessment and development. She is licensed to use a variety of psychometric tools including: OPQ 32; MBTI; FIRO B; Hay Groups ECI 360 degree feedback tool and all SHL’s Assessment and Development products. Sue is also registered as a Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute.  In addition, she has a sound business knowledge gained from her employment in major corporations and within consultancy.
