“There are consultants and then there are ‘the connectives’. If you want consultants who think outside of the box, are innovative, create and deliver, then ‘the connectives’ are your solution. We found them inspiring, challenging and focused and most importantly, they were able to connect with key internal stakeholders – trustees, workers and young people – to deliver outcomes that everyone could own” - Vera Martin – 42nd Street.
The Connectives is a group of social entrepreneurs developing with and for clients commercial, social and environmental improvements; we are a young and growing brand but we have a long history of connecting people, ideas, resources and solutions to bring about sustainable transformation.
As we continue to grow we are delighted that Maggie Riley founder of The MR Partnership and Liz Cross, founder of The Connectives have created a fusion, blending their unique abilities, experience and knowledge. The value leveraged by the MR Partnership will continue to be evident through The Connectives brand, strengthening our offer to our combined clients as we co-create and deliver grounded solutions with our new and existing clients from the public, private and third sectors.
We have also been joined by a new partner, Liz Brooks-Allen who brings additional strengths to the team in the areas of social impact measurement, social enterprise creation, economic development, and community engagement; increasing the range of social and financial products offered by The Connectives.
The merger of the two companies demonstrates a true natural fit as we share values and approaches that enhance our customer relationships. We work collaboratively with clients sharing the breadth and depth of our knowledge and experience. We look forward to building new, innovative solutions with our clients.
As stated in Sustain September 2006...
“In order for sustainability to be delivered at a strategic level, a new type of person needs to be recruited – the ‘Connectives’. These are a new generation of counter intuitive thinkers, capable of seeing the bigger picture, connecting workflows and acting as change agents of sustainability.”
