Mags Porter is an experienced consultant in the field of organisational development. She was for five years the Employee Development Manager for a major UK based International Airport where she successfully implemented the European Quality Model and IiP. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of a range of organisational development projects including management training.

Example consulting assignments include:

• Delivery of a tailored programme of leadership and organisational climate diagnostics for the Chief Executive and Directors of a large Housing Association supported by ongoing work place coaching
• Coaching for a variety of senior management teams, including companies in the housing sector, media sector and utilities sector
• Diagnosis, design and delivery of a coaching and mentoring programme for the directors and senior management team of a TEC
• Working as part of a team on a development centre for a well known bank in order to identify and support the introduction of a new organisational structure.
• Senior Management and team development programmes for the North West’s largest and well known media organisation.

She also has experience in the following areas of management development:

• Design and delivery of first line manager, customer care, managing change, conflict handling and coaching and feedback programmes
• Management development internal consultant for The Employment Service, facilitating training in the areas of Leadership; Team Development; Developing Managerial Creativity; Change Management; Stress Management; Marketing; Total Quality Management; Managing People.

Mags has a BEd. degree and a post-graduate Diploma in Training Management. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Mags is based in Cheshire.
