 Maggie is a Principal Consultant with The Connectives She is an experienced Organisation Change and Development Consultant. Before setting up her own consultancy business in 1995, she held senior management and internal consultancy positions in the public and the private sector including Head of Trainer Training, Manpower Services Commission, Head of Organisation Development and HR, Telephone Banking, Barclays Bank and Head of Organisation and Employee Development, Manchester Airport plc.
She has worked internationally in the following areas:
• Leadership of major OD/HR review and change projects
• Leadership of Business and Operational modeling projects to support transformation programmes
• Design, build and implementation of competency-based Assessment, Development, Performance Management, and Selection processes
• Leadership and Executive Coaching and Development

Example consulting assignments include:
•Provision of consultancy support in respect of major change programmes across a range of Housing Associations and Groups in the North West of England;
• Major competency research study to develop “success profile” for leaders of product development teams (UK/US) in leading pharmaceutical company. Development of communication and training process, selection and succession recommendations and design of 360 degree feedback instrument and development guide linked to “success profile” to underpin implementation;
• Co-designed and implemented Organisational Health Check process on behalf of Head of Direct Delivery Channels in network of Call Centres located within Financial Services sector in South Africa to deliver improved efficiency, cost reduction and reduced customer attrition;
• Provision of 1:1 coaching/mentoring support to Chief Executive and Directors of public sector development agency as part of major culture change programme;
• Helping a travel company to set up a “green field” direct sales and service operation in the UK;
