When time is at a premium and talent wants that little extra challenge and support, then our experience in similar roles and in the processes of coaching differentiates us from others in the field.
A recent client wrote following a programme of 3 coaching sessions :-
“I've got my G5 promotion and guess what I'm off to Washington, D.C. as the Director of the NI Bureau at the Embassy. It's a 3-year post possibly 4. I have to thank you because the mentoring you gave me really worked. I went in to the interview did a 7 minute presentation (I got topic 30 minutes beforehand) I really socked it to them and I came top of the list beating 3 existing G5s and 2 PhDs. What ever it is you've got go and 'bottle it' and make a fortune.”
