Leoni provides advice on personal development, learning design and evaluation. Building on ten years expertise in senior roles at Warwick Business School and Warwick Institute of Education, Leoni tailors her approach to the client, the sector and the individuals she is working with.

As a leader for learning, Leoni has worked with a variety of target groups. She provides a framework to enable people to assess their goals, prepare their tools for action and motivate them for success. Whether designing bespoke Executive Development programmes or working one-to-one with adults returning to education or career professionals changing direction, she applies tried and tested principles that produce positive results.

Leoni has worked in public, charitable and private sector organisations in commercial roles since graduating with a degree in English Literature. As training and development is at the heart of what she does, she has gained professional management and training qualifications throughout her career. Knowledge from her MA in Organisation Studies from Warwick Business School is put to work every day of the week.

In addition to 18 years helping individuals and organisations to learn and develop, Leoni has a further seven years experience in publicity and communication roles. This rewarding combination of jobs has led to a career that includes writing about leadership, learning and organisation development; designing and writing learning materials; and producing corporate publications for internal and external stakeholders. Leoni combines her role as a writer with working as a trainer, coach and facilitator.

Leoni has managed customer relationships with Creative Partnerships, Experian, HSBC, Severn Trent Water, The National College for School Leadership, Prudential and the Specialist Schools Trust. She has worked on projects for Transport for London, Network Rail and the Youth Justice Board.

Leoni is a judge on the UK Skills’ South West Region Judging Panel for the prestigious National Training Awards and was Chair of the London Regional panel until she moved to Devon in 2008.
