A career spanning three international organisations, including two Global Banks, Ben has over 10 years experience in a variety of HR, OD and change roles – including Business Partnering, Talent, Learning and Organisation Effectiveness, HR projects and change.

Now working as an independent, Ben’s expertise has been gained by working in UK, European and US parented companies. He has cross-border experience in all, plus has worked in Africa.  He now works with a range of client organisations principally in the leadership and management development arena, as well as 1:1 executive coaching and assessment.

His main passion is understanding and unlocking individual contribution, and doing whatever it takes to support colleagues to be the best they can be, operating within a strengths and values based framework.
